  • Wedding Planning

    Full-service wedding planning, design, styling and coordination service. Your wedding will be planned and designed to honour and celebrate your love. If you do not have the time or desire to get lost in the detail of this time-consuming task and appreciate the attention to detail of an experienced professional, this service is for you.

    We’ll define your vision for your wedding, the way you want it to look, how you want you and your guests to feel and how you want it to be remembered. Your inspiration will be used to plan and design the most perfect wedding celebrations and the most suitable vendors will be sourced to bring the vision to life. You can track progress, budget, guest RSVPs, vendor and other wedding details as well as compose your seating chart, in your online planning portal. Your floorplans and run sheet will be prepared, Lauren will attend venue walkthroughs and your rehearsal and will be there for you on the day with her team to oversee vendor setup, style your spaces, greet your guests, coordinate your ceremony and ensure your day runs accordingly, while you and your partner enjoy every moment.

  • Wedding Design, Styling and Coordination

    Enjoy an elevated, impeccably designed and styled and seamlessly coordinated wedding that honours and celebrates your love. Relax and be present on your wedding day, while Refine Events handles all the details on the day of your wedding. This service is for you if you are happy to book your main wedding vendors but leave the design, styling and coordination to a professional.

    We’ll define your vision for your wedding, the way you want it to look, how you want you and your guests to feel and how you want it to be remembered. Lauren will use your inspiration to design the most perfect day and source the styling items and vendors to bring the design to life as well as collaborate with any pre-booked styling vendors. Lauren will attend a venue walkthrough and prepare your floorplans. By following the comprehensive checklist in your online planning lounge, including run sheet builder, you’ll be guided through your planning process and collate all your vendor information, ready for Lauren to step-in in the lead-up to your wedding. Lauren will attend your rehearsal and assist with run sheet finalisation and will be there for you on the day, to oversee vendor setup, style your spaces, greet your guests, coordinate your ceremony and ensure your day runs accordingly, allowing you and your partner to be present in every moment.

  • Wedding Coordination

    This service is for you if you’re relishing in the thrill of the planning process but want a professional to take the reins on your wedding day so that you and your partner can relax and enjoy the celebrations.

    By following the comprehensive checklist in your online planning lounge including run sheet builder, you’ll be guided through your final four months of planning and collate all your vendor information ready for Lauren to step-in in the month lead-up to your wedding. Lauren will also attend a venue walkthrough or attend your wedding rehearsal and assist with the finalisation of your run sheet. Lauren will be there for you on the day to oversee vendor setup, style your spaces, greet your guests, coordinate your ceremony and ensure your day runs accordingly, allowing you and your partner to be present in every moment.

    From $1,970 for up to nine-hour day-of coordination, one coordinator.
